Fees

Polly charges from $300-$500 for her assisting fee. The final amount is based on the complexity of the operation. The maximum fee is capped at $500 (exclusive of GST).

An invoice will be sent out to patient’s home address/nominated postal address within 14 days post surgery.

Accepted payment options include: Bank Transfer or Credit Card Payment. Payment details will be shown on the invoice.

Terms of payment is 14 days from the invoice date.
